ANNUAL MEETING - JUNE 6, 2018

REMINDER - The Association's annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Richland Township Building on California Road. We hope to see you there!

INSURANCE COMPANY

Effective April 23, 2018, the Association renewed their insurance with Traveler's Insurance through the Smith Insurance Agency. If you need a certificate of insurance, please contact them directly at 215-542-5959. All coverages remain the same.

Deck Maintenance

IF YOU HAVE A WOOD DECK YOU ENSURE THAT STAINING IS SCHEDULED AS NEEDED, ALONG WITH ANY REQUIRED MAINTENANCE. THE DECK NEEDS TO BE STAINED WITH AN APPROPRIATE STAIN COLOR AND BE MAINTAINED TO ENSURE SAFETY AND BEAUTY. STAIN COLOR SHOULD BE A WOOD TONE SIMILAR TO LOWE'S SEMI-SOLID CABOT STAIN, COLOR NEW CEDAR; OR SEMI-TRANSPARENT OLYMPIC STAIN, COLOR CARAMEL

Maintenance Notice

If you have a wood deck you should complete the staining this year, 2016 and ensure that any required maintenance is completed. The deck needs to be stained with an appropriate stain color and be maintained to ensure safety and beauty. Stain color should be a wood tone similar to Lowe's semi-solid Cabot stain, color New Cedar; or semi-transparent Olympic stain, color Caramel

Don't forget! Your dryer vent is due to be cleaned this year. If you have not scheduled this already, please do so as soon as possible.
