  • Association's Insurance Company

    The Association's building insurance, general liability and D&O insurance is with Traveler's Insurance through the Smith Insurance Agency. If you need a certificate of insurance, please contact them directly at 215-542-5959.

  • Dryer Vent Cleaning

    DON'T FORGET! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CLEAN YOUR DRYER VENT. CLEANING IS AGAIN DUE IN 2019.

  • Trash Removal Company

    The Association's trash removal contract is with Republic Services. Trash days re Mondays and Thursday with recycling picked up on Thursdays. Please ensure your unit number is on your bin. If you need a recycling bin, we have extras. Please contact the management company and we will have one delivered.

    If you have a bulk item for pick up, please contact them to set up the removal. Their phone number is 215-723-0400. Our contract includes the removal of one bulk item per unit per month free of charge. Anything additional will be charged to the homeowner.

  • Adhere to Rules

    Please adhere to rules as far as storage of items on your decks and porches. Click here for more information

  • Pick Up Trash

  • Handicap Spots

    If you are someone who needs a handicap spot or has special parking needs, please feel free to contact the Property Manager Leslie Payne 215-343-1550, and she will
    assist you.

  • Wooden Decks

    If you have a wooden deck please remember it is the home owners responsibility to maintain, repair and replace this deck. It is important to stain/
    water seal the deck as required to maintain beauty of the wood and its structural integrity. Please be considerate of your neighbors when staining y
    our deck. Please notify the neighbors below so that proper steps can be taken to protect the patio and furniture under your deck from drips or spill
    s during the staining process. It is a good idea to have the deck inspected by a professional every so often to ensure it is in a safe condition and
    will provide you use for years to come. Do not wait until it is to late to take care of it. Before replacing or staining, it is best to check with
    the property manager to ensure you are approved for the colors and materials you intend to use. Check the construction tab for approved stain color
    s and approved treks composite decking color. These colors are set and must be used by anyone staining or replacing after 9/15/2009. Click here for more information

  • Step Railing

  • Parking

    Please ensure you and your guests are only parking in your numbered spot or the un-numbered overflow spots. Signs have been posted in the community advising that cars can be towed at owners expense if they are found to be parking in reserved spots. Please ensure your friends and guests are aware of this.

    Also be reminded un-inspected vehicles, vehicles that are inoperable/safety hazard, boats, jetski, trailers regardless of size are not permitted to be parked on association grounds. If a brief temporary stay is needed please contact the property manager to discuss the situation. If violations occur these vehicles will be towed at owners expense.
