  • Annual Meeting 2020 - Cancelled

In light of the ongoing Covid-19 global pandemic crisis and the unknown end date to the governor’s Stay at Home Order, the Board of Directors has opted to cancel this year’s Annual Meeting, which would normally be held in June. Rather than postpone the meeting to a later date, given the uncertainty about when the Association might be able to conduct the in-person meeting later this year, the Board of Directors felt that the prudent decision would be to cancel the 2020 meeting, and to simply conduct the Board of Directors Election by Proxy Ballot only. By conducting our Board of Directors Election by Proxy Ballot, we can continue to operate during this crisis with a duly elected Board of Directors. You will be receiving a letter shortly with more information.
